As a certified sleep coach with over 15 years of experience in early years childcare, post-natal maternity nursing, and developmental nannying, I specialise in simplifying your "impossible" and implementing healthy sleeping habits for all involved. Ria has been a literal life saver to our family.
Our son, August who is 8 months old has always been a very difficult sleeper. He barely napped during the day, 10-15 minutes at tops! And went to sleep every day past 10pm, this was very hard as his mood would be all over the place being that over tired and having such a late bedtime. He just wouldn’t settle. It was hard and we never had time in the evenings for ourselves!
Since working with Ria, I have seen significant improvement, I call it life changing. August now naps during the day for a good amount of time, and he now goes to sleep alone in his cot at 7.30pm after bath time. I never thought this would be possible. After following the advice given and different tips and tricks, he has settled into the perfect routine.

Our approach includes methods that support both you and your child, ensuring that teaching your child healthy sleep habits doesn't come at the expense of responsiveness. The sleep plans are customized to your child's individual sleep needs.
Our sleep coaching journey will take place over 2-3 weeks. We will start with an in-depth call to understand your child's sleep routine and behaviors. Following this you will have a consultation where we will detail a custom sleep plan to implement over a set period, with a daily sleep log review and phone call/text support.
